We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at a small hotel in a cozy town nestled in the Swiss mountains. The hotel had a beautiful wooden floor and very clean rooms. The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the thermal baths and just a few minutes from the town center. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony of our room while sipping on hot cocoa and admiring the mountain views. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very hospitable, always greeting us with a smile.
We did have a few dislikes during our stay. While the budget room we stayed in was charming, the shower was inside a narrow bathtub which made showering uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it steamy and humid while getting ready. Lastly, there was no air conditioning in the room and with the warmer temperatures, it was hot and stuffy at night which negatively impacted our sleep.

The hotel was located conveniently near the town center and tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. the room was clean, but small, and had a balcony to relax on. Breakfast was adequate and the staff was kind.
Some of the hotel guests were quite noisy during the morning, which made it difficult to sleep in.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the facilities were super clean. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including freshly baked bread and rolls, cold meats and cheeses, yogurts, cereals, fruits. The rooms were comfortable, with clean linen and good showers. The hotel also had a beautiful decor, with a mix of modern and retro touches. The hotel's central location made it easy to access walking routes and transportation. we had a fantastic experience.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The breakfast was impressive with a wide range of options including fresh baked bread, yogurt, fruit, and cold meats. the location was perfect, being near a beautiful park with great walking routes that we enjoyed. the staff was friendly, providing excellent service that made us feel welcome and valued.
The rooms were a bit outdated, with some furnishings in inconvenient positions and less than ideal amenities. the lack of a restaurant for evening meals was inconvenient, although there were other options nearby.
